En novembre dernier, pendant les Japonisme, la célèbre marque japonaise Shiseido a ouvert un pop-up story dans Paris. A cette occasion, plusieurs ateliers ont été organisés et j’ai pu participer à un atelier Dorayaki en collaboration avec la pâtisserie Tomo où le chef et fondateur, Romain Gaia nous a fait une démo.

In November, for « Les Japonisme 2018 », in Paris, the famous japanese brand Shiseido organized a cooking workshop in collaboration with the pastry Tomo. During this workshop we made some dorayakis with  Romain Gaia founder and Chef at Tomo.
